Stress Management Workshop
A Stress Management
Workshop will be held on Saturday August 2nd, 10:00am at the Dundalk Armory.
Are you feeling stressed
from a recent deployment? With the return of school in August for kids, are you
dreading all the activities that come along with it? Do you feel like there is
never enough time to just relax? If the answer to these questions is a yes, sign
up for the Stress Management Workshop! This workshop will be about 2 hours in
length, and will contain information and techniques on how to balance stress in
your life as well as some helpful hints for de-stressing, for those times when
stress creeps in, despite our best efforts to keep it away. If you would like
more information, or are interested in attending this workshop, please contact
