October is domestic violence awareness month. If you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship, find out how to stay safe or get help.

• TroopTube - TroopTube is the new video-sharing web site for troops and their families. TroopTube is sponsored by Military OneSource and is the only video sharing site for military families approved by the Department of Defense. Users can share videos privately with family members or publicly with the larger community. Access TroopTube through the link on the Military OneSource homepage.

• iCanAchieve Teen Weight Management Program - In a world of snacks, study, and computers, it can be tough for teens to maintain a healthy weight. Our new program can help -- with expert coaching by phone and online tools that help teens set and achieve healthy goals. Find out more.

• YMCA Memberships - The Department of Defense has partnered with the Armed Services YMCA to fund memberships for eligible service members and families at participating YMCAs throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Visit www.militaryonesource.com/ASYMCA for more information.
